Bartosz Gauza LL.M. is a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the Faculty of Law at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg. He also pursued his studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and currently undergoes attorney training at the Warsaw Bar Association. Before joining the DLK team, he gathered experience at the international law firms. He specialises in financial market regulations, payment services, particularly AML/CFT, as well as consumer regulations. He is a regular speaker at business conferences concerning these issues. He is regularly involved in licencing proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
